The last few years have been all about skincare and I am not complaining. I am obsessed with skincare and it gives me a chance to experiment and try out new brands from time to time. I am sure all of you have your own preference for skincare brands but sometimes we get so used to a brand that we tend to not try out a new brand that may do more to our skin. For example, I am sure a lot of your love CeraVe, at least I know a lot who do but I don’t love every product from their brand because it just doesn’t do it for my skin. So today’s blog, I am going to be talking about three brands that you should try out if you haven’t already. Let’s go ahead and have a look at them below:
1. Ren Clean Skincare
I have tried AHA toner, Vitamin C serum, milk cleanser, mineral SPF 30, and dark spot sleeping cream from Ren Skincare and they are honestly amazing products with good results. I love my cleanser to be gentle and Ren Milk Cleanser leaves my skin feeling soft and hydrated. I use Ren’s AHA toner in the morning occasionally if my skin feels rough and dry. It just means I haven’t exfoliated enough and the AHA toner does the job for me when I need it. Dark Spot Sleeping Cream is my go-to cream every night. As I have dealt with heavy hyper-pigmentation in the past, the sleeping cream evens out the tone for me leaving it plumped and clear. Overall, I love the brand for their results, ingredients, and sustainable packaging.
2. First Aid Beauty
First Aid Beauty is another one of my favorite brands with amazing products. The Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration, Gentle Face Cleanser, and Eye Duty Niacinamide Brightening Cream are my must-haves and you will always find them in my bathroom cabinet. If you have dry and patchy skin by any chance, you have to try out The Ultra Repair Cream Intense Hydration. I usually don’t rave about eye creams but Eye Duty Niacinamide Brightening Cream is everything and more. Because it’s so rich in niacinamide, it instantly brightens my dark circles. I don’t feel like I need makeup or concealer on when I use the eye cream. Lastly, it’s hard to find gentle cleansers as they can instantly dry out your skin but First Aid Beauty’s Gentle Face Cleanser is the most hydrating cleanser you will come across.
3. Farmacy Beauty
I have been familiar with the Farmacy brand for a while now because I always have been a fan of their makeup removing cleansing balm. I always do double cleansing meaning I start with a cleansing balm followed by a gentle cleanser. The Farmacy makeup cleansing balm gently breaks and removes makeup leaving my skin glowing and smooth. The Honeymoon Glow serum is also my favorite AHA/BHA serum for a while now. I use it twice a week and has significantly improved my hyperpigmentation and reduced my pore size. My other favorites from the brand are Honey Halo Ceramide Moisturizer and Deep Sweep 2% BHA pore cleaning toner with moringa and papaya.
