How I am Elevating my Outfits this Summer

Sometimes edging up a summer outfit may sound like a lot of work but if you know what your summer wardrobe is then mixing and matching shouldn’t take up too much time. In all honesty, I do wear same outfit a lot of the times but I have also learned to do a little tweaking here and there to make the outfit stand out. In today’s post, I am going to be showing you how to elevate a simple summer outfit by following the tips below. Let’s go ahead and have a look at them:

1. Footwear That Makes a Statement

I have had my share of wearing heels in summer and although, it looks nice to wear, I wouldn’t recommend them for a full day outdoors. Other than sneakers, I am a huge fan of flatform sandals this summer. They are surprisingly comfortable and if you get the ones with close straps, they will make the look extra comfortable and of course, chic. If you are looking to invest into long-lasting sandals to last for the next few summers, check out these flatform sandals below:

2. Jewelry That Matters

Crop tops, tube tops, stripe tops, you name any one of them and they are all in trend. But I wouldn’t just wear it alone and that is why I need an oversized shirt to finish my look. If you don’t have any oversized shirts, you can borrow them from your partner like I do. This summer, I am mostly wearing oversized shirts to complete my outfits. Here are some of my favorite colors and patterns below:

4. Finish the Look With Sunnies

Sunnies are a must every season but since we tend to spend more time outside in summer, it makes sense to not skip them. Other than branded sunglasses, I am seeing a lot of colored frame sunglasses. I personally love them as they instantly elevate the look. They are not only chic but protect your dark bags from UV rays. Remember, one of the main reasons for hyper-pigmentation is direct UV rays!
